Make a killer webpage that offers something for the fan of the block theme.
I also created a picture gallery house- a place where Matrix fans could have
a meeting place or just go to look at the pics.
Bug the hell out of the residents to upload a picture to their 2d house.
This really makes the block look good!! I had a place where I bought lots of
expensive items and let anyone who uploaded a pic to their house pick any one
item they wanted.
ACTIVE BL- If the BL isn't putting much into the block, the block will show it.
